M2c ARRMA TYPHON/MOJAVE 17MM HEX EXTENDED 2MM

We have done a lot of investigation on the problems of the Mojave. I cannot prevent the hexes from stripping out on these rims. what I have done is put a double locking nut system to ensure the nuts don't back off. The sure lock nut has much more surface contact than the stock wheel nut. It also has small slots milled .005 deeper than  the top surface. When these nuts are tightened, the plastic wheel material will swell into these undercuts and create a much stronger locking system than stock. The 2nd locking nut will ensure that the first nut will not back out. We have found that the gray rims seem to be holing up better than the red or yellow rims. bottom line is if you tighten the nuts properly , they will not back off
